Shipping & Returns

• United States Order Processing: Ground Shipping is Complimentary. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order, excluding weekend and federal holidays.
  
  International Order Processing: We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $500, duties and taxes are not included. Please allow 3-5 days for processing. Our courier service is Federal Express.
  
  Returns and Exchanges: Within the United States returns are free and easy. For US orders, please use our returns portal (https://returns.adeam.com/) to start your return. For International orders, please be aware that original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non–refundable. Return shipping costs will not be covered, and return duty and taxes are non-refundable. For all international returns, please email client.services@adeamonline.com with your order number and reason for return. At that time you will be responsible for creating the return label and any necessary customs forms.
  
  Merchandise must be unused, with the identification tags, in the original packaging.
