Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns made within 30 days of purchase on merchandise that is unused, with the identification tags, in the original packaging, and have a return request. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.
If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. For International orders, shipping, customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable through ADEAM International.
For all International return requests, follow the instructions provided.
ADEAM International reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued. Return shipping will be covered by the customer, and duty and taxes are non-refundable.
