United States Order Processing: Ground Shipping is Complimentary. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order, excluding weekend and federal holidays.

International Order Processing: Please allow 3-5 days for processing. Our courier service is Federal Express.

Returns and Exchanges: Within the United States returns are free and easy. US Orders: Email us for your return number, we will send you back a label, which you can affix to the package and drop it in the mail. For International orders please email us for your return authorization number. We do not cover the return shipping cost, and ask that you supply your own return label and customs documentation. We cannot refund duties and taxes on International orders.

Merchandise must be unused, with the identification tags, in the original packaging.
